Common Issues
Where do I find my API key?
Go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/settings/api and create a new API key.
My dashboard shows $0 MRR
MRR is calculated from your active subscriptions. If you have subscriptions but see $0, try disconnecting and reconnecting your store.
Push notifications aren't working
Make sure notifications are enabled in Settings and that you've allowed LemonDash notifications in your phone's system settings. Notifications require a Pro subscription for real sale alerts.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings on your iPhone > Apple ID > Subscriptions > LemonDash > Cancel. Or in the app: Settings > Manage Subscription.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings in the app > Disconnect Store. This permanently deletes your API key and all data from our servers.
