1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using LemonDash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
LemonDash is a mobile application that connects to your Lemon Squeezy store via your API key to display sales metrics, revenue data, and subscription information. We act as a read-only dashboard — we do not modify your store, products, or customer data.
3. Account & API Key
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Lemon Squeezy API key. LemonDash encrypts your API key before storage, but you should only use API keys that you are authorized to use. You can revoke your API key at any time from your Lemon Squeezy dashboard.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
LemonDash offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms.
- Monthly: $3.99/month, billed monthly
- Annual: $29.99/year, billed annually
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
5. Data Accuracy
LemonDash displays data fetched from the Lemon Squeezy API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. MRR and analytics calculations are estimates based on available subscription and order data.
6. Limitation of Liability
LemonDash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the app to access stores you do not own or have authorization to access
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the app
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Abuse the notification system or API endpoints
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
